>>4189883You should have the option for JPEG, RAW, or JPEG + RAW. I do JPEG + RAW. It takes up more room, but I like having a catalog of JPEGs to go through to decide which are worth post processing. Of course, you'll need the software to process RAW files. Canon has Digital Photo Professional. It's free for Canon owners. I use Adobe Lightroom Classic. It's not so free.
