My dad used to be an avid photographer in the 70s and 80s. His camera (Pentax SV) is still at our home, sitting unused for a long time. Pic related, it is from a Pentax discussion forum.
A few years ago I purchased a roll of film just to test if the camera still works. It did, but the pictures turned out either randomly under/overexposed although the lighting conditions, shutter speed and aperture were the same. There was also uniform coloured "glow" present in most pictures.
Would it still be worth it to have it serviced/repaired? Any idea how much (approximately) would it cost?
