Bulgaria announced state emergency as soon as there were 10 cases in the capital and not soon after locked down each city. What I've noticed is that Bulgarians didn't really have a sense of social responsibility and the first two weeks it was a huge issue but people acclimatised to the situation and now everything is okay even though we're not really allowed to leave our apartments/houses.
I'm impressed by the photojournalist that are on the "front line" every day and cover what's happening. I hope everything goes back to normal after a few months.
