>>4032041>cosy picThanks, it was the first and only time I used the 40mm f2 Z in the rain... they claim it's weather resistant, but after the shoot and drying off my camera the mount itself was wet. It didn't get onto the sensor, luckily, but yeah not cool.
That said, it is obviously not up to the standard of the OMS 20mm f1.4. I like the color rendition of it better, it has much better weather sealing, is sharper wide open, and it has this very gradual transition to the bokeh that's lovely. LOCA is pretty nasty, but hasn't really shown up in any of my day-to-day shooting very often.
