With infrared film, the infrared radiation from the foliage "overwhelms" the darkening effect of the red filter on green colours, and foliage starts looking brighter than normal, as if you had a green filter on.
Still not as strong of an effect like an R72 filter, but quite noticeable regardless, especially if you overexpose a bit to magnify it.
