>>2870180I think you haven't focused on the most interesting part of the image here and have included the whole door for no real reason.
Cropping doesn't seem to fix it, the real contrast here for me is between the outside world and the tatty interior but you're just a little bit too far back so the outside gets drown out by all of the interior.
Also the door frame on the right is dragging my eye out of the frame
The concept is solid otherwise, maybe a wider shot would have worked better. The ratio of the image nearly matches the door perfectly which makes me fixate again on the door not on the contrast you're trying to show
