>>3151074Thanks for the input. The scanner doesn't come with the best inversion software for negatives so I have to do a manual process. I set the scanner to do no adjustments whatsoever to the negative and then I do a inverted curves layer. Of course negatives can't be straight up inverted because they come out extremely cyan and washed out, so you have to do the entire process visually. Perhaps in the future I can come up with my own set of actions or profiles for both Ektar and Portra.
The greens end up coming out rather bright and glowing after that inversion, requiring a significant reduction in saturation and brightness. I will have to fine-tune that process more as I work with it.
