Considering that you already have the lens and seem to prefer one specific focal length, the x-t50 seems to be perfect for you.
New sensor, new processor, Ibis and all the fancy jpg recipes.
You get all the utility of the x100vi at a lower price and with the option to switch lenses.
If you have money to burn get the x-t50, otherwise get another x-t20.
