If you're talking about the soft results, that's largely been solved too, you just need to sharpen differently. Default Adobe settings don't work for Fuji RAWs but tweaking a few sliders around changes things entirely.
Pic related is a comparison between standard settings and appropriate ones for Fuji. Keep in mind that I'm not the best at this stuff and that we're still breaking new ground when it comes to working with X-Trans files.
