F11 is roughly when diffraction rears its head in MF.

F5,6 should be right about the limit for MTF.

But you're not medium format, you're MTF.
That does mean you have far smaller Aperture diameter at equivalent angle of view. That's where the diffraction stems from.

No. A FF sensor can be any resolution you want it to.

This is the math behind it.
On Full Frame:
F4 = 50mm / D

On Micro 43:
F4 = 25mm / D

The diameter on Full Frame is larger than the diameter on Micro 43.
Assuming both sensors have equal Megapixels, the pixels in the Full Frame receives far more light.
