I bought some Portra 800 from B&H knowing I was going to the film lab and thought to get some esoteric specialty stocks in person.
The local lab only stocked Kodak, Fuji, and Cinestill. I payed $15 per roll when I could have got it online for $11. Ended up being $100 for 7 rolls instead of $70. Have a trip coming up so can't just order from B&H again due to their refusal to hire shabbos goys who will work Friday-Saturday.
Tbh I'm done "supporting my local film store." They aready take my money to develop the film. Not mad just disappointed.
