would anyone know what the black patch on the left side of the photo is? I'm guessing it's shutter drag or something to that effect but it bleeds past the side of the frame. it's on most photos but not all or at least not as prominent as shown here.
taken on a c. 1950s Mamiya Six that I had to remove the self timer from because it got stuck and I couldn't operate the camera at all. there might be some remnant machinery that I didn't completely remove slowing the shutter down or maybe it's a light leak?
