>>3430762You can adjust your print's contrast, like you'd do in photoshop with the contrast slider.
Contrast comes in grades, from 00 (softest) to 5 (hardest), in 0.5 increments.
There are fixed grade papers, and you choose the one you need and print on that.
But the most popular and easier method, is to use variable contrast papers. Those are used in combination with contrast filters - like in picrelated. You place them under the enlarger lens (or hold them), and they give the paper the corresponding contrast grade (hence the name "variable contrast).
You can also do more advanced techniques, like split-contrast printing, which gives a kind of HDR look.
