>>3238833>>3238973That's an impossible question to answer because different photographers would shoot different things in the same situation.
As for technicals- it's out of focus, not sharp and the horizon isn't aligned because it was shot at an angle.
Things I would've done in the same situation-
Shoot the duck isolated
Shoot light trails across the bridge
Shoot the sun set crossing the horizon of the bridge
Shoot those wonderful stand tunnels from closer and play with depth
Shoot from underneath
Shoot interesting shit from above
etc
Like the other guy said, shoot lots, shoot different shit, experiment and have fun.
Few top tips I'd state for learning fast are
>Spend as much time shooting as you do looking at good shots- Flickr helps you find good shots of local shit>Learn/practice at least one new technique every time you go out>Steal other peoples shots and work out why yours is worse>>3238979Cheers!
f8 says the EXIF. I heard somewhere that odd apertures create twice as many star spikes as even numbers so I always try to shoot even. Might be bullshit though.
Not sure about lens specific. It's the Sony a5000 kit lens if that helps
