I recently bought this. It's my first studio flash and I'm having a lot of trouble controlling it.
I put a small softbox on it, but it's still WAY more powerful than I'm used to and I have to shoot at f4 and ISO 100 even when I set the power to the lowest setting.
Putting the flash further from the model would probably help, but my space is very limited. Any advice on what I could use to reduce the power? Use an ND filter, make the flash bounce off a wall? If I do that, should I still use a softbox?
