Actually the problem isn't just with the movements. As soon as he turn his back to the camera, it also shat in the bed.
Notice the guy hadn't even moved away form the focus pane yet, he is still standing on the same focus plane, just with his back turned away.
And what do you know...The camera immediately shat the bed and searched for the background.
Olympus just isn't as reliable, just deal with the fact that you need an manual focus puller to assist you.
