You see a movie and you probably think each shot took one take. No, video isn't spray and pray but quite the opposite. A small mistake can ruin the entire footage and force you to reshoot. Why do you think making a feature takes so long? The art of joining disparate shots and making it seem like it was all done at once is nothing to sneed at. Can you imagine how long it took to get this one right? Shot on film, too. It's a painstaking process, but worth it for art's sake.
