It has nothing specifically to do with being reversed or not. Just clean the sensor well then use spot heal or similar editing tool in post. It will be more noticeable than normal with tighter aperture settings, pinholes, macro/super macro, and micro. Reversing the lens normally takes the lens into macro 1:1 or super macro; depending on the lens.
