Over the past few months, I've home developed 12 color negative rolls, all Superia 400 and 800. My biggest disappointment has been that I haven't improved in my ability to develop film.
I don't actually know if this is a developing issue, but I seem to get this strange discoloration on all overexposed skies (see picture). A lot of white/yellow specks and tiny white blobs all over the film. I also get a lot of water dry marks on my film. I thought that's what the stabilizer was for. Should I just get photo-flo and skip the stabilizer that comes with the dev kit?
If it doesn't get better I think I'll cut my losses and just send my film to get developed by labs.
