I am an idiot. Especially at math. I'm also a novice at photoing.
So...
When I inherited my camera from my elderly mother, it came with 3 shitty plastic Canon lenses, and 4 old lenses she used back in the good old days. A 28mm, a 50mm, a 135mm and a 80-200mm.
I believe my camera is an APS-C jobbie, and I understand that APS-C gives a 1.6x crop factor over a FF camera.
But isn't 35mm film bigger than a full frame sensor? How do I work out the equivalent lengths of my old film lenses on an APS-C camera?
Not that it's important, I really only want to know out of interest. I really like the 135mm one and I'm curious as to what "actual" zoom it is on an APS-C.
Pic unrelated, it was taken with the old 28mm.
