Not good for anybody with a decent sized kit either. 30L is too small for my single body, 3 lenses, drone kit, and spare clothing (literally a fucking waterproof shell and spare socks)
Took a look at a Lowepro Protactic 450AWII in a store and might upgrade to that, but its tacticool looking as ass. At least its comfortable with 50lbs of bullshit in it.
