My poor Fuji Finepix S2 pro is finally starting to drive me up the wall with all its age-related quirks so I'm looking into upgrading to another Nikon. I'm in Europland for grad school so my budget is pretty sad...say, $300-400. There's a nice camera shop in my city that sells used equipment; I'm gravitating towards a D3300, although I'd also consider a D90 since they're both obviously a major step up from what I have.
Does anyone has experience with the time-lapse function on the D90? It would be useful to have in the lab although certainly not a deal-breaker.
Although the S2 pro drives me nuts, I had a really great time learning how to shoot with it (pic related-- I have no idea who that dude is in the aviators but to this day I still wish I could experience one tenth of the joy he felt when feeding those dolphins)
