>>3598792I was curious about this at one time so I looked it up. It seems that you get a very strong color shift (at least with XP2) towards cyan and looks pretty ugly. To get a real black and white result you'd have to balance the color couplers for E-6.
>>3598867Camera doesn't matter for your image, it's just a light tight box with a hole (although certain cameras can be easier to use). Your lens matters a little, mostly on focal length. Film also matters, but with color negative your inversion process will be more important. You wouldn't get the same photo since the most important things (lighting conditions and the man behind the camera) won't be the same.
