The Tele-Elmarit-M, fat Tele-Elmarit and Elmar-C are your options then. The latter is a stop slower, but depending on how you intend to shoot these street portraits, that might not be a disadvantage in regards to DOF.
Also take a look at the CV 90mm (if available).

your central composition and use of contrast lead to some walls with flowers. the interesting interior gets somewhat lost. is that wall actually your intended subject? light would have been used better if you shot it from the left.
