it just doesn't. you will also notice that even downsampled to death, the 62mp image retains more texture. if you shot at high ISOs and applied NR before downsampling (set to "JPEG") it would still be way cleaner.
buy a camera with a strong enough AA filter, toss your color data and the sharpening slider out the window and forsake high ISOs with xtrans, draw a sloppy mask over it and move the moire slider until its gone, or simply reframe the photo (a little closer or further away or a different angle) so the moire goes away.
this is just how digital cameras work. fujifilm built an entire product line on it. if you hate the compromises I may offer you an escape from all megapixel and filter gear faggotry. shoot film.
