>>2927521I use hot or warm water in a bigger jug that my smaller jugs sit inside. Just general hot water to no specific temperature so I keep a close eye on. Stir with the thermometer and measure from close to the middle of the liquid. This is for b/w though, I guess if you're using glass bottles it's different.
