I wanted to get my Minolta lenses onto my Canon system, have only seen

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fujVCCTDgi0 this guy has an adapter that sits around the Minolta lens mount, apparently reducing the flange distance by that 0.5mm and achieving infinity focus without glass between camera and lens.
Has anyone seen a place to buy this adapter? There's no branding on the thing so I figured it might be custom made, but I thought I'd ask. I messaged the guy but no responses yet.
