Sony doesn't focus aps-c, as they are just a low barrier to entry model.
If you're dead set on sony, at least go to a store and try it out before you buy.
bring an Sdcard with you and take some pictures in store, try it out.
Anyways if you find any old Minolta AF(autofocus) Lens they would work on sony.
Their 50mm is really nice, i got 1 adapted to my Olympus, since it was $5 at a local garage sale.
And if you buy used make sure to use the siemens star on lenses.
