>>2664555I think it's from slowing the frame rate down below his editing time base. i.e. if he shot the footage at 50fps for a 25p timeline he can slow down by 50%, he's pushed it past that and there are no more frames left so you get that horrible stepping effect.
The boy needs to read more and have a more critical eye over his own work.
