I don't like the look of Terry Richardson's personal pictures, and in many cases I don't even like the themes in them. But I won't dispute they're art, because it would be as looking at some painting I didn't like and calling it not art. And there are a lot of hideous paintings going around nowadays.
The problem with Stray Dog and a lot of what Moriyama has done is that it literally isn't art. Pic related for example definitely is art. But Stray Dog isn't. If you don't understand this I can't really help you.
