It was taken in an neighborhood in the middle of the desert that was abandoned in 2007 when the recession hit. I wanted to capture the decay of the neighborhood and a single shot doesn't tell the story like you said. I just really liked the color of the sun baked South Dakota license plate with a tumble weed under it. Thanks.
