Whatever you suggested sounds like more work for no reason.
But again, ideally I'd just put the second roll in after, I was merely asking if anyone tried this and could tell me if it was easy to tell or not when they hit each other.
I have a tank big enough for two 120 reels, but if I could do 4 at a time and save chemicals in the process I don't see a reason not to.
