can you make a digital photo look exactly like this? i know you can make it grainy,noisy and lower the resolution but i'm talking about the colors, the whole vibe of the picture that just makes it look like it's a 80s or 90s old picture.
i would be thankful if you sent me sites, tutorials or just general advice, thanks in advance
