there's some weird colour noise up on the top of fence
did you resize this with nearest neighbour? usually normal noise would get blurred and even out when resized, unless it was set for nearest neighbour.

red lines and dots where they have no business being at this size, unless you used nearest neighbour resampling.
if you did, don't. it looks awful.
