Yeah, the FP-100C, color, and FP-3000B, B/W are peel apart films where you pull the negative off the positive print, and most people throw it out.
On the color film there is a black backing you can carefully wash off with chlorine using tape or like I do just a wet glass plate to create a seal to avoid any chlorine contaminating the emulsion side. Temperature is also important to keep in mind, too cold and the developing goop on the emulsion side won't wash off, too hot and you wreck the colors, worst case wash the emulsion right off.
On the B/W film you get a negative, but it's not possible to make it transparent, it's more like using photo paper to shoot negatives.
