So far I only have a smartphone (Oneplus Nord2), but I am considering whether I should get a cam proper, within my very limited budget.
Mainly have the desire to take better video (length is not the main issue - quality is), but occasionally better pictures as well.

If you say both are shit I *MIGHT* consider the Sony RX100 V as well, but that would hut a lot, since it's almost 200€ more expensive used (and I've read it only lasts 20 mins battery wise when filming, which given the additional price I rather dislike).
