Use them with a flash to scan and you're golden, the shutter shock won't be an issue at all.
I used a gen1 A7normal for ages for scanning, worked great, pic related.
If you go for the sony, save yourself a giant pain in the ass and buy an AC adapter dummy battery. Battery life is hot garbage on them even with new genuine batteries, let alone the old ebay ones it will come with, and nothing sucks more than having to take your set-up camera off the scanning rig to swap batteries mid way through a session.
