Those Sigmas are nice and sharp. Dirt cheap too.
The Zeiss 35mm f/2.8 is pretty much optically perfect, and can be found for as low as $550 new at times. There is a Samyang copy that is almost as good for a little cheaper.
The Rokinon 14mm is pretty well regarded. It is also pretty damn cheap, but manual focus.
For a little more (~$1,000) you can get the Voigtlander 10mm. It is pretty much the widest rectilinear lens you will find without spending a fortune. There is also a 12mm from them which is pretty nice, but only $100 or so cheaper. Speaking of Voigtlander, they just announced a 35mm f/1.4 which, if anything like their 40mm, will be absolutely fantastic.
