>>4244380Yeah you know what I think you're right, I explained in another thread but years ago I broke my lens and for some reason only half would be in focus. Because I mainly do car photography I started just shooting portrait orientation so I could use the top half that was blurred on the sky and you wouldn't notice it because of the bokeh. Eventually I upgraded from the broken kit lens to a Canon 24-70mm 2.8 f/ II and it just kinda stuck with me since, I think it works well with car photography because it's easier to fill up the frame and compose it but sometimes I just forget I can do landscape orientation because undiagnosed ADD lol
