>>2991905I actually came from the D3200 which is very similar to the D3200. I would not recommend Nikon for video, especially their entry level bodies, while it does have a mic jack, something the a6000 does not have, it lacks a screen that tilts, making it hard to do low and high angle shots without an external monitor. I wouldn't recommend using the mic jack anyway, you could buy something like a zoom h1, which has a better preamp, meaning you will get more out of your microphones. Also, Nikon doesn't have much focus on video anyway, they have only two cameras that can record 4k, and both of those don't have any video focused features like focus peaking and zebras.
