oh, also, on the topic of that 28 "Super Lentar", I am kind of fond/affectionate for it, largely on the basis of the weird f-number (F3.0? anyone know any other F3.0 lenses, lmao?) and the extreme rarity of it. I've done some digging online and Lentars of that vintage were manufactured by Tokina, but it looks like the 3.0 was only made/sold for a year or two. after a bunch of digging I was able to find this scan of a magazine ad for it, comically enough with the F/3 crossed out and replaced by the much more common Lentar-badged Tokina 28/F2.8 (Tokina 28/F2.8s are everywhere).
Not a bad bit of obscurity for a lens found in the rummage bin at a thrift store for $5-10.
