I'm taking some equipment to an island that requires a short RIB journey. A friend has lent me a Pelican Case but the insert is custom cut and the wrong shape for my equipment. Everything will be in its own padded bag but there's a significant amount of free space and I also want to put a tripod in there.
Time is limited so I can't order some new pick'n'pluck so would it be better to fill the empty space with beach towels or by putting the camera bags inside padded backpacks?
