Seen like that, you're missing two important parts, the Mediterranean sea and Eastern Europe.
Try to go to Spain and Portugal, or at least Barcelona. If you can't, the French Riviera is amazing as well: From Perpignan to Nice passing by Marseille and Aix-en-Provence and their "calanques".
Prague seems a bit far, but if going in Austria instead of Switzerland allows you to pass by Slovakia/Hungary/Slovenia/Croatia and their GoT's style capital's old town, I would go for it.
I don't know why you would pass by Dijon for example. Brussels is meh, so I would start in Copenhagen to have some Scandinavian feeling, then Amsterdam, then directly Paris. With this programme, you'll be able to says "I did Europe".
