You can always get ultrawide prime. There is samyang 12 f2. It's dirt cheap and is decent lens. Good for astrophotography too.
Don't worry about manual focus. You can easily get everything in focus with this lens. There is even 7artisan 12mm f2.8 that's even cheaper but I don't know how good it is.
