>>4013988>>4013970Not him, but I have a problem with Nikon mirrorless autofocus.
I'm not sure if this is only with the FTZ adapter, but the camera tries to autofocus using whatever aperture is currently set.
>So I can dial it to f/1.8, and the screen is clear and focuses quickly and accurately.>But if I try to dial in the aperture I want (say, f/5.6) and then focus/compose, the camera holds the lens at f/5.6, making the screen is really noisy, and the autofocus hunts like crazy saying "low light warning".Isn't it supposed to open up the lens as much as possible - at least while acquiring focus? It makes no sense to close down the aperture so you have no light and a dof a mile wide while trying to focus/compose.
I turned off "reflect settings in EVF", but it didn't change this behavior.
