take two pictures of the same thing with same settings if the one in live view is sharp and the OVF isn't you need to micro adjust the lens for the camera
turn ITR off if your not shooting people as well
Also 32mp is a lot so your going to see more blur and softness than you would on 20mp when shooting, dont expect tack sharp images out of the tamron even if its the G2 version I know its not a cheap lens but there is a reason it costs 1200$ less the the canon 100-400L
