200 freedom money is a fair price if camera in good working condition and lenses are clear with no scratches and fungus. Otherwise you can continue ebay fishing.
I'm sure that light meter is dead or if it is not, it's metering wrong.
I am using my for room decor just because it looks great and I shoot Contax and Minolta all the time
