>>4185142>Yes that's trueCool, thanks.
>Yeah don't bother with any of the T series bodies. This is their highest end from what I looked up just now, is that what you meant?
>SL1Thanks. Is there any reason I shouldn't get something even cheaper like pic related?
>Not sure you'll get a lens for $20 especially if you only want to buy into EFI don't mind paying less for the camera and more for the lens, since the camera body is really just so I can fire off a lot of practice shots and try to do some portrait work with people I know, which at the moment would be prohibitively expensive for me since I only have film cameras. As for focal length, any kit lens will do at the moment, I really don't have a preference. I wonder if I might be able to adapt my old Minolta lenses to an EF mount camera though.
Actually this raised up something in my mind just now, I already have Minolta MD lenses and wouldn't mind manually focusing if I could adapt them to a DSLR if it would save me money. Do you think that's a good idea or would I be getting in my own way considering I'm trying to learn?
>>4185145>Nothing wrong with old T models provided they end with an i.What's the difference? Also as long as I'm replying to your post, if you have any input on pic related or what I said to the anon above please share
