There are roughly 3,256 pages per year (12 magazines), times that by 120 years you get 390,720 pages. I can't imagine having to capture and then manually correct all of that and then turn around and sell it for $50-$80, minus other expenses.
From what I can see there was a CD version released in 1997. So anything of the issues from 1997 and before might have been captured in 1997-98 and never recaptured for the 2008, 2012, and 2014 DVD complete set releases.
