Tripod your camera.
Turn off vibration reduction (the barrel of the lens can shift if its turned on).
Bracket for as many shots as you can - Even if you dont end up using them all, it gives you more options later.
Also, experiment with different HDR programmes, all companies seem to do it differently, and some of them produce absolute dogshit. I Use Aurora HDR 2019, but its now discontinued. If you can get it, I found it gives the most control and the most natural results.
